Who I See

Are you holding a story that’s
holding you back?

Let’s talk. We’ll explore how perfectionism is a trap that creates insecurity and isolation—the feeling that a goal is impossible to reach, making you feel like a failure and distanced from people at the same time. It’s the inner critic that says, ā€œI have to be better than everyone. No one can see me fail.ā€ Together, we’ll help you feel connected and seen.

Individuals

Whether you’re an ambitious leader ready for the C-suite, an artist looking to level up, or a businesswoman wanting to understand your inner critic, I offer support as you work through obstacles and access greater truths. In a calm, collaborative, open-minded space, you’ll have room to reflect and set intentions for moving forward in the world. I’ll help you navigate and cope with life’s ups and downs in a psychologically and emotionally healthy way—gently and directly, often with humor.

Couples

I believe being seen is necessary for healing. As a couple, you deserve a therapist who’ll listen and hear you. I work with highly motivated couples who value their relationship so much that they're willing to learn to put aside defensiveness, take feedback, and approach the relationship with an open curiosity. You may need therapy to work through any number of issues to avoid having the same fight over and over again. Whether it’s communication problems, infidelity, or conflicting needs, we’ll work together so that you gain a deeper understanding of each other, and exchange being right with being happy.

Consultation/
Supervision

I’m passionate about clinical supervision as a nurturing space where therapists can grow into their unique style and strengths. I especially value supporting queer therapists and creating space for authenticity, curiosity, and reflection, and strongly believe in therapeutic practices that expose white supremacy culture. I stay current on law and ethics, pursue ongoing supervisory training, and seek consultation myself. I offer off-site supervision for associates when needed, along with consultation for leaving insurance panels.
