How I Work
My approaches can help ease perfectionism, quiet imposter syndrome, and build a grounded, accurate sense of self.
My Specialties
Therapy can help you unwind perfectionist thinking, quiet imposter syndrome, and recognize the full value of you and your work—so you’re not living with the constant fear of being exposed or fired. Together, we’ll build a steadier, more accurate sense of who you are and the unique gifts you already have. Here are a few ways we can get there.

Even within queer communities, prejudice still exists. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore your relationship and navigate the unique challenges queer couples face—often without clear cultural blueprints. Together, we can define and redefine what partnership means for you. When both partners commit to self-exploration and change, couples counseling can create profound, lasting shifts in connection and intimacy.

Depth hypnosis uses guided imagery and deep relaxation to help you access inner resources and connect with unconscious parts of yourself. In a calm, dreamlike state, you can uncover creativity, insight, and healing, gently releasing unresolved pain. I’m a Certified Hypnotist in the methodology of Isa Gucciardi, who developed Depth Hypnosis.

Creative therapies are an effective alternative to talk therapy. Using drama therapy, movement, and visual arts, we connect mind and body to deepen understanding of your story. Whether stepping into a family member’s role for perspective or rehearsing for a job interview, we actively explore new angles—not just talk about them.

As a therapist informed in Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), your specific needs are always at the center of my work. I offer Resource Tapping and inner parts practices to provide healing, cultivate self-understanding and self-compassion, and foster breakthroughs.

Perfectionism is often unconsciously connected to white supremacy culture. Recognizing, acknowledging, and shifting this decreases personal and societal stress, which can lead to individual and large-scale community healing.
